Managing Consultant

We are working with a market leading management consultancy whose chosen areas of expertise sit across assessment, leadership and talent. They are seeking an experience Managing Consultant to join their practice in the UK.

The role combines design and delivery of consulting solutions, as well as business development and will have a formal sales target. Our client is seeking experienced assessment professional who will likely be a chartered occupational psychologist or hold similar level of academic achievement within the area of psychology. The role offers the chance to work with the C-suite of some of the worlds leading businesses, helping them develop their leadership capability and organisational strategy, as well as defining and enabling cultural transformation.
