Managing HR Director: Property Management

We are retained by a leading fast growing real estate investment firm with over 20,000 employees globally who are hiring their HR leader (Managing Director title) for the Property Management division.
Reporting to the CHRO you will be responsible for over 15,000 employees spread across the US and internationally. You will work closely with the Executive leading this business with your focus on shifting the HR function and capability from a reactive operational one to a true strategic business partner. You will have strong support from established HR Services and Reward teams. They have a great culture, strong entrepreneurial spirit and there is a lot of opportunity to advance the function and bring about positive change, without red tape.

The position can be based in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL. On offer is a generous compensation package and hybrid working conditions.
