You will be joining a leading travel business based in West London that are offering flexible working. This business has been established for over 100 years and are one of the fastest growing travel business in the world right now. Their HR team of 6 are looking for a new colleague to join as their Mobility and Compliance HR Business Partner.
Working as the Mobility & Compliance HR BP you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant global workforce, with a focus on the EMEA region. You will be developing and expanding operational practices around immigration, mobility, data processing and management. You will need to ensure that the business has effective policies, processes and operational practices around Brexit compliant mobility. You will be improving existing HR processes in the areas of Reward, Talent and Organisation to ensure quality practices. Other duties will include managing the employee mobility processes, including support to the UK onboarding, international travel, and related administration. You will be monitoring and carrying out the immigration processes, dealing with the Home office and acting as the subject matter expert in this field for the organisation. You should be following GDPR and ISO9001 standards and identify any HR operational risk and suggest solutions. As well as this you will be assisting with generalist HR responsibilities to assist the team and a key part of your role will be the engage with senior stakeholders across the business, effectively business partner and influence projects, policies and new processes.
To be considered for this role you should have at least 5 years experience within a global mobility/immigration focused HR position. You should have experience liaising with the Home Office on employee immigration matters and be familiar with GDPR principles and ISO9001 standards. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective business partnering and stakeholder management.
