The role encompasses both strategic and operational elements, as well as strong involvement in workers compensation. Developing and implementing workers compensation and health and wellbeing strategy and initiatives is an integral part to this role. You will play a pivotal role in providing expert opinion to business groups on HSW and associated risks.
You will also provide oversight on the implementation of the HSW policy in the business groups and develop and conduct bespoke Work, Health & Safety training for Management and wider business group staff. You will also take responsibility for collecting and analysing HSW performance data for all businesses activities
