Exciting opportunity for a Talent/OD professional to work as part of a global Talent team and support and deliver Talent Management programs.
As a member of the Talent team, you will partner with your own corporate client group and will support them across the complete talent life-cycle. Working closely with stakeholders you will be involved in the design and delivery of talent projects and will project manage culture and engagement initiatives.
Examples of initiatives include:
- Delivery of engagement and diversity and inclusion surveys
- Design and delivery of talent projects in performance management, talent review and promotions
You will have experience either in an L&D/Talent or OD role and will have a strong understanding of the talent life cycle in addition to tertiary qualifications. Confident in using Excel and Powerpoint you will also have had exposure to learning technology and LMS.
