I am working with an expanding, ambitious group in order to recruit an Office Team Leader to join their services organisation based in Northampton. This role reports into the Services Manager whilst managing a small team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office which includes the coordination of people and efficient management of services provided. This will include ensuring service engineers timetables are full, ensuring scheduling is running smoothly and that all inventory is accounted for. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team which includes conducting regular reviews, performance reviews, looking at career pathways, coaching and development. You will work with the regional HR team in relation to people issues and the development of processes/projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people manager to support the development of the team and delivery of services to customers. In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate excellent people management experience, you will need experience working within a small team and ideally experience supporting the development of processes - improving productivity and promoting professionalism.
