I have partnered with a professional services firm who are looking for grow their HR team.
As the Operations Assistant, you will provide complete administrative support with the guidance of the Head of Operations and HR. These tasks could include anything from HR administration to events and meeting preparation. You will meet the changing client's needs, prioritising as necessary and working closely with the team to ensure effective and high value service is provided.
Other duties include but not limited to;
- Administration of all new starters and leavers
- Maintain page information on the intranet and website
- Ensuring that the housekeeping systems and services run smoothly through the supervision of the Office Services Centres and inventory for events and hospitality. Including ordering stationery and supplies.
- Running the recruitment and organisation of pupils, mini-pupils and work experience students
- Liaising with Caterers, cleaning and security companies
- Maintaining a system for handling external booking queries and producing quotations
- Managing internal events
- Update personnel files
