Organisation Design & TOM Director
We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global FTSE 100 organisation with a sizeable employee base in Singapore. A truly exciting, highly rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Organisation Design & TOM Director and/ or Senior Manager to join the team at a group level with a global remit to drive the organisation’s organisational design & target operating model agenda. A highly strategic and visible role, partnering with senior leadership teams and stakeholders globally across the organisation.
The successful candidate will operate within the Global Organisational Design (OD) space at both a strategic and ‘hands on’ operational level, getting into the detail of the data where needed. They have an existing team of talented Organisational Design experts internally and due to an internal promotion, they are looking for someone with significant experience to join the team, to enhance existing OD capability across the business. This person will act as a conduit for OD across the firm, promoting best practice, developing the organisation’s’ design principles and promoting harmonisation.
The key OD skillset areas are: Target Operating Models, Organisation Design Review, Strategic Workforce Planning and Organisational change. An exciting firm with big prospects, they are in growth mode and investing in technology to enable further market share.
Essential: Organisation Design experience from a consulting firm or, an expert within a global organisation. Should be operating as a Senior Manager or Director level in this space. Global Fintech, Tech or Financial Services experience is preferable.
