We have an immediate opportunity for an Organisational Development Manager to cover a maternity leave on a fixed term contract basis for a leading beauty supplier in Berkshire.

Do you have experience implementing change management principles /theories,
and talent management programs? Do you have a good understanding of core functions of human resources management and organisational development solutions integration?

The Organisational Development Manager is responsible for providing value-added services and project management expertise to support the business transformation, the achievement of organisational goals and the utilisation of human resources systems and tools. This will include leadership development, talent and succession planning, performance management, individual development and change management.

They will lead the development of cross-countries innovative OD and learning and development projects, programs and initiatives for the development of the group’s culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives. Together with the HR Director, they are responsible to link up all HR processes and key initiatives with the overall global HR practices in order to guarantee global consistency in our people strategy and approach.

You will serve as project lead and/or subject matter expert for various HR strategic initiatives. This will include leading the development of their OD systems and processes, including releasing potential and managing talent, developing management and leadership capability and embedding values and behaviours into all people processes and systems.

The role will be responsible for the delivery of a proactive and customer focused Organisational Development and Learning and Development Service across the European business units, developing the service to meet current and future business needs through working in partnership with the HR Business Partners, the HR Director, the US HR leaders and the business leaders, to develop progressive OD and L&D projects and initiatives.
