Organisational Development Partner – Tech

Your role as an Organisational Development Partner will play a critical role within the organisation to embed the company’s values and cultures throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll focus on designing and delivering culture-driven training programs and management processes that align with the company’s missions and collaborate with key teams inclusive of HR Business Partners and leadership teams to ensure cultural principles are seamlessly integrated into core functions within the Centre of Excellence.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for guiding employees and leaders in understanding and incorporating these principles into their daily work. This includes designing solutions for cultural challenges, such as leadership training, recognition programs and performance tools that ensure employees across regions can engage with and practice the company’s values. You’ll also develop tailored strategies to address the cultural needs of diverse, global teams and create practical solutions that help teams across different regions practice and uphold culture and values on a daily basis.

The successful individual will have experience implementing HR processes that foster engagement and align teams with business goals with a minimum of 7 years all-rounded HR experience within the Organisational Development space. You should have proven ability to design leadership programs and manage global initiatives that span across multiple regions. Analytical skills are also critical for this role, as you should have the ability to distill complex cultural issues into actionable insights that enhance leadership effectiveness and employee experience. You should have proven experience working in an agile, fast-paced and global environment whilst demonstrating the ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
