We are partnering a renowned real estate giant to recruit for an Organizational Development Consultant to join their high performing team. This role is an opportunity for an established HR Professional to drive learning and organizational development in a global organization to build a strong organization capable of realising the strategic ambitions - you will play a significant role in enabling this vision. This is an individual contributor role with many opportunities for growth. Our client has an excellent compensation package budgeted for this role which will consist of a competitive base salary, dependent upon years of experience, and bonus.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the delivery of the Organizational Development agenda across the organization with particular responsibility for Learning & Development. You will build, lead, and drive the implementation of various Organizational Development programs that aim at driving a collaborative and high performing culture. You will also develop and implement HR initiatives focused on leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning etc. You will assess business challenges, implement organizational effectiveness strategies to address these challenges, monitor progress and suggest continuous improvements. You bring with you proven experiences supporting behavioural and cultural change in organizations.

The individual must have experience developing and rolling out large scale projects and initiatives. Depth of experience in organization design and development, learning & development is key to success in this role, all of which needs to be built on a solid foundation of metrics and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of expertise in OD. Our client is industry agnostic and is open to candidates working in the human capital management consulting field. They are gravitating towards candidates whose resumes demonstrate key accomplishments (change management / project management / transformation) and metrics.
