Part-time Senior Reward Manager
We’re delighted to be supporting one of the leading financial services businesses in their search to find a Senior Reward Manager to join them on a part-time (3-day week) basis. This business really is in a class of its own as they manage a portfolio of iconic brands that service the retail and business financial needs of customers worldwide. The role, working 3 (or possibly 4) days per week will be to help support the delivery of the total compensation agenda, covering cash and executive reward (including some regs reporting), helping create papers for RemCo, making recommendations for merit and benefit policies and completion of job benchmarking and salary calibration. You’ll help with the management of benefits (e.g. healthcare, critical illness, gym offering etc.) including contract management to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and compliance and will be the key contact for suppliers, owning renewal processes as required and promotion of benefits to employees (i.e., via Benefit fairs, socialisation campaigns) As a result the business is looking to meet Senior Reward Managers who have covered both compensation & benefits and have helped to support at least two compensation cycles within financial services.
