Partner Resources Manager
Up to 190k base salary, plus bonus
Our client is a premier global law firm who is expanding and evolving the strategic focus of their internal team that delivers HR services to their current and alumni Partner population. As part of this effort, they are seeking a Resources Manager who will operate in a global capacity to support departing, retiring and alumni Partners. This role includes advising Partners on the transition as they approach retirement or departure, and beyond, around topics such as benefits, pension, taxes and other financial implications. It will also involve creating and managing legal documentation and agreements related to separation and retirement, and will partner closely with internal General Counsel in this area.
The role requires meaningful experience in a Partnership environment, whether Legal or broader professional services, and the ability to operate as a consultative advisor offering the highest services levels. You will have competency around benefits, pension, retirement, taxes and legal contracts/agreements, and this experience could be derived from a broader HR generalist background or one more specialized in Benefits.
