Frazer Jones are currently recruiting for multiple Payroll Administrators to join a busy Payroll Bureau based in South West London on a full time permanent basis.
This role will be working in a fast pace payroll environment some of the below responsibilities include the following:
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
- Working with tight deadlines.
- Dealing with clients, dealing with queries about the payroll and the processes.
- Process SMP & SSP
- New starter payroll administration
- Leaver payroll administration
- Input of all temporary payroll data
- Pensions auto-enrolments
- Previous and relevant payroll experience - preferably from a bureau.
- Experience of a multi-sited payroll environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent excel knowledge
- Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
