Frazer Jones are currently recruiting for multiple Payroll Administrators to join a busy Payroll Bureau based in South West London on a full time permanent basis.

This role will be working in a fast pace payroll environment some of the below responsibilities include the following:

Key responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
  • Working with tight deadlines.
  • Dealing with clients, dealing with queries about the payroll and the processes.
  • Process SMP & SSP
  • New starter payroll administration
  • Leaver payroll administration
  • Input of all temporary payroll data
  • Pensions auto-enrolments

Key requirements:

  • Previous and relevant payroll experience - preferably from a bureau.
  • Experience of a multi-sited payroll environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent excel knowledge
  • Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
