Payroll Advisor
Payroll Advisor – £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus – City of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading investment bank on the recruitment of a Payroll Advisor on a permanent basis.
This role is brand new and will be supporting a global head of payroll on day to day administration.
Our client is mainly office based with 4 days per week required into the office.
The Role:
- Collate and prepare monthly payroll input for EMEA & Asia payrolls
- Liaise with SDWorx and local payroll providers to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly payroll funding request
- Pension administration for UK and Dubai
- Prepare monthly payroll journals
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries and information requests
- Assist with payroll audit requests
- Assist with tax year-end processes
Skills required:
- Strong UK payroll knowledge.
- Strong attitude keen to grow and progress.
- Happy to commit to 4 days in the office per week.
- Ideally come from financial or professional services.
- Good knowledge of excel
