Frazer Jones is partnering with a Global Insurance firm to source a Payroll and Benefits Administrator on a 12 months Temp. basis.
You will join a growing Payroll and Benefits Team to process their monthly Payroll as well as check for Data accuracy and clarity each month.
Duties will include:
- Collate, input, and share monthly payroll instructions with the outsourced payroll provider in line with agreed deadlines and in the agreed format.
- Check and reconcile payroll output provided by the outsourced payroll provider, ensuring any corrections are made by the outsourced payroll provider in a timely manner
- Update, and maintain employee records when required using HCM PeopleSoft etc
To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years Payroll experience with excellent communication skills focused on good customer service.
In return, you will receive up to £34,000 per annum with Hybrid working.
