Are you an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager, who is looking for a busy 'hands on' BAU with a continual process improvement piece.

Main duties include:

 Sole responsibility for the UK payroll function
o Collation of all monthly payroll data including changes for starters, leavers, adjustments, SMP, SPP, SSP and
o Benefit administration for cycle to work scheme, gym membership, STL and
childcare vouchers
 Full responsibility for the accuracy of the payroll, from both a data and regulatory
 Payroll reconciliations, pension reconciliations and monthly journals
 Keeping abreast of payroll legislation changes
 Regular Liaison with HMRC
 Preparation of P60s, P11s, P45s
o Full management of the benefits portal
o Build and maintain relationships with benefit vendors and brokers
 Involvement in benefit renewals, on boarding and enhancing the benefit
