  • Management of outsourced payroll - for c,300 employees
  • Input payroll data from weekly timesheets submission
  • Responsible for the on-boarding of new starters, taking them through our systems and benefits on the 'Welcome Day'.
  • Coordinate the pre-employment screening for new starters including managing the immigration's checks
  • Partner with the outsourced payroll provider to co-ordinate the smooth and accurate administration of the monthly payroll
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners in making changes to terms and conditions of employment and processing leavers
  • Maintain employee files
  • Be the first point of contact for the People Team, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • The first point of contact with payroll queries
