Payroll & Reward Specialist - £50,000 - £60,000 - Hammersmith.

Frazer Jones are exclusively supporting a leading FMCG business in the recruitment of a Payroll & Reward specialist on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working (requiring 3 days per week in the office)

The role:

  • Payroll management for UK (170 people) and 7 other markets with between 1 and 7 employees.
  • Review how payroll can be more efficient using a truly international partner or through technology enabling them to be joined together.
  • Be on top of the global payroll budget (including USA and Germany) and owns the global payroll master sheet. Ability to create models and proficiency in excel is a must.
  • Administering LTIP communications.
  • Tracking how bonus pools are going against performance.
  • Benefits Management for the firm.

Skills needed:

  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong understanding of UK and international payroll
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Team player
