Working alongside the HR manager and reporting into the reward manager this role will be responsible for managing a UK and US outsourced payroll.
You will be responsible for the preperation of the monthly payroll across the UK and U.S, adminster company benefits and support the HR function with any payroll queries.
Managing the relationship with external providers you should have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate must have processed multiple complex payrolls and ideally be from a financial services background with exposure to share based payments.
Any exposure to reward/compensation and benefits is highly desirable as this is a key part of this role.
