Payroll Assistant – £25,000 – £30,000 – Bromley

Frazer Jones are delighted to be working with a leading and growing accountancy firm located in Bromley who are seeking to recruit a Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis.

This role will be supporting a large team in Weekly and monthly payroll processing.

The Role:

  • Ensuring that client employees are paid accurately and timely
  • Contributing to the provision of an excellent service to a diverse range of internal and external clients, providing support to managers and partners
  • Reporting to managers and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and to deadline
  • Travelling to and from clients’ premises and our other offices from time to time
  • Processing auto enrolment for clients as necessary
  • Preparing salaries for multiple payrolls
  • Statutory calculations and discussions
  • Monthly reconciliation of payroll costs
  • Preparation of auto enrolment reports and files for uploading.

Skills Required:

– Strong exposure to UK Payroll with a practice/ recruitment firm.

– Exposure to weekly and monthly payroll process.

– Strong communication skills.

– Team player.
