I'm partnering with a London based Financial Services brand and I am keen to speak to hands on Payroll Managers with an international remit

Key responsibilites include:

  • Monthly payroll preparation for the EMEA region, including communication with bureau and other external advisors
  • Administer background checks for new joiners
  • Provide payroll inductions for all new joiners in Europe
  • Understand compensation programs and expatriate assignments including flow of information from HR to payroll
  • Resolve employee payroll/tax issues
  • Preparation of any manual payroll payments via online banking
  • General ledger posting and reconciliation of all payroll entries
  • Manage miscellaneous items entering into reportable wages, including staff advances and collections
  • Adhere and keep up to date with local tax and payroll regulations
  • Manage payroll pension contributions
