Are you a hands on Payroll Manager from the retail, hospitality or manufacturing sector? Do you have large team management experience in a high volume payroll environment? I am representing a leading retail brand to source a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.

Required experience includes:

Substantial experience of managing multi-frequency UK payrolls
Large team management expereince
Strong understanding and experience of payroll processes and all linked systems
Experience of managing and partnering with third party providers
Excellent working knowledge of PAYE, income tax, national insurance, student loans, apprenticeship levy and statutory payments (NMW/NLW, SMP, SPP, SSP etc)
Strong working knowledge of pensions auto-enrolment legislation
Experience of developing and implementing policy, process and system upgrades
Experience of implementing, reviewing and managing SLA's/KPI's
Able to train, mentor and develop junior members of the team
