You will work with the current payroll provider and being to understand challenges and ways of working. You will get to grips with processes and learn to understand the complex payroll in order to identify discrepancies and cleanse before transferring data along to the new outsourced payroll provider.
You will work with the operational HR team to understand challenges in current processes and work with the payroll provider to address this. You will put processes in place to clearly outline expectations re payroll processes and how the relationship should work between HR operations and the third party payroll provider to minimise time spent on payroll internally and maximise efficiencies.
You are confident, articulate and will build strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure the smooth running of this critical project. You have experience running a similar project or projects within HR/payroll. You have experience managing data - mining and cleansing. You may also have experience running parallel payroll runs midst transfer.
