Our client is an International Professional Services/Advisory Firm that are specialists in their field. They are currently looking to bring on board a Payroll specialist in Hong Kong to perform a full spectrum of payroll functions, including pension and taxation for the Hong Kong office as well as working with external vendors for payroll preparation and processing for other Asia offices (3 in total). The role will report into the Head of HR based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with the HR team to support payroll preparation and processing for their Asia offices
* Formulate and compile payroll or headcount related reports / analysis
* Responsible for the annual renewal and regular management of the group medical insurance
* Responsible for all internal enquiries from employees and be a point of reference for all matters related to payroll
* Conduct new joiner induction in relation to C&B and payroll related processes
* Assist in staff expense claim verification procedures

Experience, skills and professional attributes that are client is looking for:

* Minimum 6 years' experience or more in an international company
* Professional service experience is an advantage
* Proficiency in General Microsoft Office applications
* Knowledge in Singapore and China compensation and payroll matters would be an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese
* Ability of being independent, responsible, flexible, dedicated, mature and proactive
