We are working with a services organisation with a strong UK wide presence, to recruit a Payroll Transfer Project Lead to manage the transfer of outsourced payroll to a new provider. You will work with the current payroll provider and to understand the way in which the relationship has worked both challenges and opportunities. You will get to grips with processes and complexity of payroll adjustments in order to identify discrepancies and cleanse the data before transferring it to the new provider.
You will work with the operational HR team to understand challenges in current processes and work with the payroll provider to address this. You will put processes in place to clearly outline expectations re payroll processes and how the relationship should work between HR operations and the third party payroll provider to minimise time spent on payroll internally and maximise efficiencies.
You are confident, articulate and will build strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure the smooth running of this critical project. You have experience running a similar project or projects within HR/payroll. You have experience managing data - mining and cleansing. You may also have experience running parallel payroll runs midst transfer.
