Immediate start for an experienced People & Culture Consultant to join this Financial Services organisation for a 4 month contract period where you will provide advice on a range of HR topics to a dedicated business unit.
Working closely with a HR Business Partner this role will focus on individual cases by providing a broad range of policy advice, support and advice to Managers covering retention, promotion, job design, performance improvement, employee development, pay and benefits, resourcing, ER/IR and organisation restructures.
Previous experience in a similar HR Consultant or HR Advisor role is essential where exposure to financial services or a large corporate organisation would be an advantage.
