As the People & Culture Manager, you will lead a small team of P&C Advisors responsible for driving the people agenda through the store, creating a high-performance culture and engaging the workforce in their daily duties. You are responsible for a wide remit of duties including the end to end recruitment of the retail team, managing the full employee lifecycle and any ER related matters that arise, as well as supporting them on their journey by implementing key L&D initiatives. By engaging and developing the team, you will ensure that the retail commercial targets are met, while championing best practice and growing your team to be the best they can be!
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of generalist HR activities and ideally be in an HR Advisor role, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills, with a keen interest in offering a great level of service to the business.
