People and Talent Administrator

We are partnering with a wonderful company in the Education sector in the search for a People and Talent Administrator in Melbourne.

Client Details

Our client is an organisation that develops, designs and delivers solutions to transform education and unlock greatness. The People team is expanding and they are on the look out for a dedicated People and Talent Coordinator to join on a permanent basis.


  • Act as a first point of contact for general employee and people related queries
  • Generate employment contracts, letters and job descriptions
  • Onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Support the TA team with advertising, sourcing, screening and interview coordination
  • Maintain HRIS and prepare HR reports
  • Contribute to HR projects


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Team-focused, collaborative, and innovation approach to work
  • High attention to detail and impeccable time-management skills
