My client, is an international property development and project management consultancy operating across Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East. Delivering some of the most luxury residential properties in the world. They are on a steep growth trajectory fast approaching 100 employees and therefor looking to appoint an exceptional People & Talent Manager to support this growth and drive the people agenda forward.

This role will be based in London(SE1) in beautiful offices 5 days per week, core working hours 10-4.This is a stand alone role, supporting circa 100 employees.

The role, will partner closely with the Operations Director to shape people strategy, processes and procedures with a heavy Recruitment Bias during growth stages.

Your remit:

Strategy - Informing and shaping the business' people strategies

Talent Acquisition - Full management TA including coordination, enhancing Diversity and inclusion and overseeing onboarding, utilising agency partnerships.

Learning & Development - Develop a comprehensive L&D Strategy Championing career development and performance

Compensation & Benefits

Compliance - Responsible for all HR related queries, acting as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders, working closely with Project Management delivery team to provide HR reports, Supporting and coaching all levels.

International - Provide advise and support to Senior Management on secondments and global mobility.

The ideal HR Professional will have come from a fast paced business in growth mode, thrive working in a generalist capacity with a clear Recruitment Bias and passionate about working in a small business function.

This isan office based role - with some flexibility with busy workload days to WFH.
