I am delighted to be working with a dynamic and high profile organisation to appoint a People Business Partner.
As people partner you will work with the People & Transformation team partnering with your client group of c.400 employees and reporting into the Senior People Partner. You will be responsible for delivering the People strategy on a day to day basis, acting as a focal point for change within the organisation in delivering the people and transformation agenda.
This is an exciting time to join the team as they expand and grow across the whole organisation. The People and Transformation team have excelled over the last 18 months and continue to drive excellence across the organisation. Being an operational and strategic People Partner position you will manage all aspects of key HR initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, employee relations, D&I and skills strategies for both Managers and the collective client group. You will continue to embed the People Partner model driving organisational change whilst maintaining a clear directive for your client group. You will promote colleague engagement and performance and support the growth and upskilling of the HR Advisory team.
A position with a lot of autonomy and opportunity to really get stuck in within this fast based and high profile organisation.
The role would suit a collaborative and driven HR professional currently working at HR Business Partner level or an experienced at Senior HR Advisor working in a similar sized organisation looking for the next step up. To be successful in this role you will have worked across similar sized organisations of c1500 employees with a diverse workforce and a client group of a similar size. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to partner with senior stakeholders, manage change and have an excellent HR generalist background. You will be a team player and be happy to support your colleagues. You will be organised and thrive in a fast paced environment, happy to be hands on and support the development of excellent HR process and delivery. You will hold a CIPD or equivalent.
Location: City of London, flexible working.
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 + excellent benefits
