As the People Business Partner in a fast-paced business, you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of the business, supporting senior leaders to achieve goals through strategic actions. This will be an extremely busy and varied role where you will have end to end responsibility for HR Generalist matters and be a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, proactively contributing to drive business performance through employee engagement. You will be responsible for Employee Relations and policy related matters, assisting managers with performance management, supporting the reward agenda including cyclical activities and supporting talent management. In addition, you will manage a small team and will lead on project work and initiatives in line with the people strategy and companies goals.
To be successful in the role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a HR Business Partner role within a fast-growth and innovative organisation. You will have in-depth knowledge of employment law compliance, be solutions orientated, with the ability to drive and manage change and work through adversity and ambiguity.
