HR Coordinator (People Operations Team Coordinator- Life Cycle), based in Crawley or Southampton, Paying up to £25,000. Hybrid working on offer.
As the HR Coordinator you will work closely with the People team to provide an effective administration service ensuring all activity and workload is effectively managed and organised. This is an integral role to the team where there is plenty of scope to make an impact
This is a busy and fast paced role where you will produce and issue letters relating to any changes during the employee life cycle (promotions, rewards, secondments), have full responsibility and management of the leaver process and ensure that all employee records are complete, maintained and up to date. In addition, you will assist in the administration of various people projects and monitor, response and escalate queries received by the wider People Team.
If you have experience in working in a HR department, have provided first line support and have strong administration skills this would be of great interest to my client. You must be confident in communicating with various members in the organisation and be proactive and enthusiastic in order to deliver a first class service.
