I am pleased to be partnering with a leading FMCG brand in urgent need of an experienced People Data and Analytics Leader to join their dynamic business on a 12-month parental leave cover with a view to go perm. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a driven and successful team through a business restructure, providing critical data and insights to business leaders.

About the role

Reporting into the Head of People Services, you will drive governance around people data to ensure accurate payroll, reporting and insights. You will partner with various stakeholders to enable data driven, strategic business and people decision making.

  • Ongoing owner of data quality and continuous improvement plan
  • Map the data flow across all systems to ensure accurate migration of data
  • Provide thought leadership on people analytics
  • Ensure reporting needs are being delivered and addressed efficiently and effectively
  • Recommend new people data metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead strategic data driven projects: research, design, implementation and stakeholder management.
  • Research and Development of new and better tools for best in class presentation of data and insights
  • Support roadmap of change with key business stakeholders to ensure systems are fully utilised to support business strategies
  • Support team on their development, training and continuous improvement.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be an expert in Business Intelligence, reporting and analysis that drives business decisions. You will also have a strong knowledge of Data Management and Governance with the ability to lead successful outcomes through in an ever-changing environment. You will have an understanding of payroll processes and a solid background working with people data and metrics, from either a people and culture function or Payroll/HRIS. You will have people management experience and be comfortable presenting your ideas and solutions at leadership level.
