This leading professional services firm is looking for a People Development Manager to join the firm. Forming part of a wider team you will be involved in the design, delivery and implementation of key L&D initiatives and engagement across the firm. Reporting into the Head of PD this role will see you involved in both strategy and advisory, coaching activities taking the overall PD plan to the forefront of all employees.
Leading on and supporting the wider team to deliver the firms Career Developments Pathway programmes you will take ownership with these ensuring applicability and effectiveness across the business. Consistently looking at new ways to develop and enrich teams you will be an advocate of the PD function being an ambassador for the team and providing seamless support and coaching to both fee earners and business services.
Forging solid relationships across the firm you will be a trusted consultant offering commercial support to the firm leading on firm wide initiatives to identify L&D interventions to up skill and maximise teams. Seen as the subject matter expert you will represent the firm externally at networking events and provide accurate and clear ROI across a range of initiatives.
The firm is looking to meet candidates who are educated to degree level, with solid management experience. You will posses exceptional delivery and facilitation skills with strong commercial acumen, be analytical and able to clearly communicate MI making recommendations. You will have experience of working with multiple stakeholders with the ability to influence and coach.
