It is against this exponential growth that the client is looking for a dynamic HR professional to take helm of driving strategic HR strategies and directives across their markets.
Job Description
Reporting to the COO and managing a team of HR, the People Director will be the trusted partner to the leadership team where he/she will conceptualise, advice and execute HR strategies and initiatives to support their growth trajectory. The People Director must have the commercial acumen and flexibility to understand, analyse and pre-empt any business insights, challenges and/or complexity of market conditions, and provide the necessary HR interventions.
Amongst the business objectives, there will be a focus on developing a strong culture and employee identity unique to their business; this will entails understanding and driving employee engagement objectives, as well as to create a strong external employer branding to continue to attract best in class talents.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you have at least 12 years of relevant HR business partnering experience with fast paced and high growth organisations, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Products or Lifestyle industries. As a proven HR business partner, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation: $180,000 per annum, excluding bonus and benefits
