People Operations Associate
We have a current opportunity for a People Operations Associate on a permanent basis. The position will be based in the West End, London, and will also offer hybrid working.
The key responsibilities of this role include supporting the talent attraction and selection process for Executive Assistants, Administrative Team members, and Functional team members. This involves managing the relationship with recruiters, organizing candidate interview processes, and attending decision meetings. The role also involves managing short term resourcing/cover for all Executive Assistants, which includes tracking and logging EA leaves, liaising with temp agencies, and interviewing temps as necessary.
Additionally, this role supports the semi-annual performance management process for all Executive Assistants, manages the European learning and development agenda for all Executive Assistants and Functional teams, and works with the People team on broader office-wide people initiatives and strategic projects.
The ideal candidate for this role should be a passionate people person with a dedication to being a team player, have strong attention to detail, methodical process management, and strong ownership orientation are important qualities for this role.
The candidate should also be proactive and a creative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are also essential.
The desired background/education for this role is a minimum of 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, administrative and/or people-oriented role. Facility with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is required, and familiarity with Workday applications is a plus.
