I am thrilled to be partnering with a leading FMCG brand in urgent need of an experienced People Operations Manager to join their dynamic business on a 12-month parental leave cover with a view to go perm. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as you will play a key role in reshaping the People Services function and offering best in class process improvement and refining efficiencies.

About the Role
Reporting into the Head of People Services, and based in the Sydney office (hybrid), you will have overall responsibility for the People Services Operations team, ensuring the effective management of all employee lifecycle enquiries and activities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Redesign transactional service delivery through the internal system, refining processes
  • Introduce measures of customer satisfaction and review SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Monitoring workflow’s and identifying inefficiencies.
  • Ensure high quality People Services, ensuring SLA’s are met.
  • Woking with the Head of People Services to develop and deliver the People Services Strategic Plan.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gain an understanding of each party’s priorities, challenges, and strategic goals, identifying continuous engagement opportunities and managing them through change management.
  • Governance, compliance and risk management.

About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified in a relevant discipline (HR, Business, Finance) and have a solid understanding of Human Resource Information Systems. You will have experience operationally supporting the full employment lifecycle and have proven experience developing best in class processes and refining efficiencies. You will be a people leader with a minimum of five years’ experience managing a team and a proven track record of developing people. You will also be a strong communicator, able to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels and deliver results through periods of change.
