A Global technology business based in London is looking for a People/HR Analytics Manager. The role is responsible for managing a team of two to help the HR leadership teams make better decisions about how people data can help deliver improved business performance.
The position is accountable for partnering with HR leaders across the business to solve complex organisational problems, improve decision-making and drive performance with people data, and to provide recommendations. As such the role requires expert insight and data analysis alongside the ability to bring this to life. Such projects may include workforce transformation and operational transformation programmes in addition to wider insight into the HR leadership teams.
Key to this role will be your ability to engage with HR and business stakeholders directly with recommendations and insight from people data collected by your team. As such your commercial 'business' awareness and ability to deliver the 'so what' of why you are using the data will be fundamental.
This is a specialist HR/Business Analytics and data science role so you must be able to evidence experience of using data analytics to deliver end results with in a large corporate. While you must be able to get your hands dirty on occasion, it will be your ability to lead the team, manage stakeholders and make recommendations that is essential.
