People Systems Analyst
We are excited to be partnering with a well-known retail company in a search for a talented and enthusiastic People Systems Analyst reporting to the Head of People and working within the People Experience and Operations teams.
The role will act as a system administrator mainly for their new HRIS (Workday HR & Learning), exploring and rolling out functionality and supporting employee processes. Based in Sydney’s Surry Hills, think fast-paced environment, collaborative, entrepreneurial and being part of a really great team.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration, maintenance and monitoring
- System enhancements; actioning system requests, updates, identifying opportunities and coordinating with stakeholders for approvals
- Supporting the People, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams with Reporting and Analytics
- Creating new reporting and educating the team on self-service reporting
- Communication and training with key stakeholders on system changes
The Successful Applicant:
- A strong understanding of People processes and systems, ideally with prior experience as HR a Systems Administrator or working within a People Systems team
- Previous experience with People Systems such as Workday
- Familiarity with People reporting concepts and tools
- Critical thinker & problem solver
- High level interpersonal skills, working with a range of stakeholders
- Embraces change, can confidently and comfortably pivot
