Our client is a leading government entity focusing on the talent development and incubation of programs in tech and media sectors . This role sits within the, Shared Services Center and provides business units specific services and solutions related to PMO, partnerships, human resources, operations, and finance.
The Performance & Development (PD) Manager will be in charge of all development-related tasks and questions throughout the organisation.
The PD Manager reports to the HR Director and interacts with a broad range of internal stakeholders as well as selected external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares new employees for their role,by establishing and conducting orientation and new hire training program
  • Ensures effective implementation of employee performance appraisal policies and procedures
  • Ensures regular feedback sessions between Managers and employees
  • Creates a coaching culture that supports professional and personal development
  • Coordinates with Executive Managers in defining training and development needs
  • Implements appropriate development programs (e.g., training, mentoring, rotations) and measures its success
  • Serves as coach for employees for development-related questions
  • Works closely with other People team members to create a common culture and a highly engagement team throughout the entire organization

Key Requirements:

  • Saudi National who is fluent in both Arabic and English (Written & Verbal)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of management experience in a reputable, fast-paced organization that has a strong focus on people development (e.g., international consulting firm)
  • Proven track record of implementing performance-related tools and procedures
  • Experience in helping organizations scale while maintaining core cultural values
  • Strong track record of effectively leading and scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization and staff
