Our client is appointing a newly created, growth role to develop and lead performance coaching for a fee earning population within their London office. The role will focus on supporting and enhancing an already high performing team of consultants through high quality coaching interventions. Working with a wider HR team, the position will require an individual who can help structure the approach and proposition of coaching solutions and interventions.
To meet our clients requirements for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a combination of the following:
* Current experience as a management consultant operating within the space of coaching, leadership and development for a recognised human capital consulting firm.
* A recongnised qualification within coaching or psychology, likely at masters level or equivalent
* Experience of developing a coaching function/solutions for high performing populations, either as a consultant or within an organisation
