Performance & Reward Director (APAC) – Banking
We are partnering with a leading international financial services group, to appoint a commercial and professional Reward Director APAC to join the Performance & Reward team. Reporting Global MD of Reward, this individual will be responsible for leading APAC Reward Strategy, Advisory, Projects and execution across the organization, as part of a small and collaborative team.
More specifically, you will work directly with the Global Reward team and Regional Leadership team across APAC to define the performance & reward strategy, oversee annual performance and reward reviews and processes. Lead associated regional reward projects covering policies, compliance, regulatory changes, risk. You will develop strong relationships with the regional leadership team and the HR function to drive a best in class Reward & Performance service.
You will have a track record operating a Regional Performance & Reward Director/SVP, operating in large global corporate financial services organisations, based in Singapore, with significant APAC experience. As a seasoned Reward and / or Compensation leader with at least 10-15 years of relevant experience, you will likely have a combination or Reward & Performance Consulting and in-house corporate experience. You will be comfortable navigating and leading a regional reward function in this fast paced, complex, global matrix firm.
