About our Client
We are delighted to partner exclusively with a Global Pharmaceutical Leader who has constantly been at the forefront of innovative products and ground-breaking research. As part of their commitment to set up a world class manufacturing and R&D hub in Singapore, their HR organisation has played a critical part in supporting and driving HR initiatives to establish their presence and develop a strong internal talent pool for mobility.
The Senior Plant HR Manager is the trusted partner to the Plant Leadership team where he/she will drive organisational and people development initiatives in line with Global and Asia Pacific business strategy. This will include development and deployment of HR strategies to support sites and critical business functions in Singapore and, delivery of talent management and development strategies. As part of the core HR team, the Senior Plant HR Manager will be the go-to person to spearhead and support new HR initiatives and/or to drive the expansion of sites and product lines in Singapore.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you have at least 10 years of relevant plant HR experience, preferably within the Pharma/Medical Devices/ Manufacturing sector. As part of their business growth, you have prior experience in supporting a high growth business and/or new business set-up in Singapore. As a proven HR business partner with team leading experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
