Professional Development Manager
I am working with a global professional services company, within consulting, who are actively recruiting a Professional Development Manager.
The role sits within the People function, reporting to the Global HR Director. It will encompass L&D support for staff at all levels, both consulting and operational, across four offices in London, Dubai, Riyadh, and Singapore.
You will manage a wide range of L&D duties, such as –
- Formal training and learning
- Individualised professional development support such as mentorship, coaching, pathway planning, and secondments
- Staffing and project allocation
- Some elements of performance management (working with the Global HR Director).
This role will be Dubai based and will require a proven background within strategic management consulting.
