Program Coordinator

Our client, a top global proprietary trading firm, is seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join their growing Program Coordinating team based in their gorgeous NYC office on a hybrid schedule.

This role is essential to the success and execution of their special events and speaker series. You will join a team of six and will be responsible for managing the logistics of the programming for all teams within the organization, the creation of employee feedback surveys, as well as internal communications regarding programming content.

If you are a forward thinking, recent graduate or junior professional with 1-4 years experience with a stellar academic record who possesses laser focus attention to detail and the to ability manage competing priorities, then we would be very interested in speaking with you.
