My client, a leading and reputable telecommunications brand, is looking for an experienced Senior Project manager with strong data management skills to play a key role in a high profile HR Transformation Programme that has received a 3 year strategic investment to develop future HR capability and an improved colleague experience. The HR Transformation programme has a £50m budget and is planned to be implemented over 2.5 years.
This role holder has responsibility to develop the data strategy and vision for the programme and define the data requirements based on input from the vendor (SAP), the Systems Integrator , the Transformation Partner and the IT Architect teams.
You will be accountable for leading and managing all the data related aspects of the HR Transformation Programme. Fundamentally, this involves developing the data vision and strategy for the programme to; enable enhanced data quality, greater HR automation, systemised process volume and performance data and efficient data governance.
The role holder will be responsible for the end to end data journey from creation to analytics for each SAP Success Factors module and own the definition and requirements for Position Management in Employee Central 'Lite'. This includes the data required to run the ERP and associated tools (e.g. Master & Reference Data, mappings, ERP configuration specific data), and all reporting related data.
Experience of handling a complex data migration programme.
Strong experience of data management and data migration experience, HR experience while helpful is not essential.
The programme is being managed using Agile methodology so experience of this type of deployment will be very useful.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills are essential.
