Quant Talent Acquisition Manager
Our client is a reputable international financial services firm with a growing presence in the APAC region. Currently in a position of growth, they are seeking a well-established Quant Recruiter with a strong network in Asia to help them shape the future of the business through hiring the best people!
This role will be based in Hong Kong and have a regional scope. Partnering directly with the business, you will have the ownership to drive recruitment and employer branding strategies with the aim of attracting the best quant talent into the business. This is a 360-recruitment role and will work closely with the wider global talent acquisition team.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quant recruitment either in-house or with an agency. You have gained credibility in the market and have a strong track record in high-touch talent partnering in Asia. You have an in-depth understanding of trends and best practices in the industry and can build rapport quickly with various stakeholders across different markets. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment and can work independently and adjust quickly to the changing demands of a rapidly growing business.
