Our client, a renowned business management firm serving high-net-worth clients in the sports and entertainment industry, is seeking a Recruiter. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and will report to the HR Manager.
The company has around 120 employees distributed in 3 locations in Tennessee and LA. Our client provides comprehensive financial and advisory services, including accounting, tax, tour management, and wealth preservation strategy, and this position will support the in-house Tri Star recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working for small/boutique companies and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
From a recruiting perspective, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process, stakeholder communications and candidate pipelines. In this role, you’ll bring your innovative approach to work every day in a high energy environment. Additionally, you will support the client’s employee’s whose mission is to super serve their clients and their trusted advisors. You will have proven experience in building strong cross-functional relationships, demonstrated experience in managing change and you’ll have strong project management skills. Lastly, you’ll possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively work with senior stakeholders.
