Role: Recruiter
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Compensation range: $150-225k base salary (depending on experience) plus bonus

Our client is a privately funded scientific research firm at the top of their game. They are looking for a Recruiter to join their tight-knit team and support their growing business. The role will work across all areas of the business from researchers to corporate functions and needs an intellectually curious and adaptable individual who can support a variety of different needs.
Reporting to the team lead, you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders to take job briefs and agree a strategy for the recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Develop new strategies for attracting the best talent globally.
- Manage the interview process for each role in addition to the ATS.
- Review candidate applications to determine suitability for active roles.
- Be a strong representative of the firm in the market.
Key requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Recruiter and in hiring for corporate functions.
- Experience within the financial services industry.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
